Clauses.

1. Independence of the project.

   The project is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any organization, standardization body or public authority. The system does not implement or represent regulatory or standard requirements.

2. Nature of the document.

   This site publishes an open technical specification. It does not constitute a product, a service, a legal opinion or professional advice. The contents are provided for information and reference purposes only.

3. Relation to norms and standards.

   The system operates independently of external regulatory or standard frameworks. The project's adoption may be technically consistent with the requirements set by norms and standards, but does not, in itself, guarantee any exemption from legal liabilities, penalties or controls by competent authorities.

4. Trademarks and third-party rights.

   All names of standards, regulations, programmes and organisations cited — including ISO, IEC, NIST, AI Act, NIS2 — belong to their respective bodies, organisations or holders. Citations are made for information and reference purposes; they do not imply affiliation, endorsement or commercial use of the trademarks.

5. Copyrighted standards.

   The international standards cited (for example: ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 23894) are works protected by their respective holders. This document does not reproduce, distribute or include the text of such standards, which remain available through the competent publishing bodies.

6. Responsibility of users.

   Compliance with applicable norms remains a responsibility of operators, implementers, deployers and competent authorities. Adoption of the protocol does not shift such responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability.

   The document is published "as is", without explicit or implicit warranties. The authors and editors assume no responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of the published contents, nor for implementations, configurations or uses of the protocol carried out by third parties.

8. Licence.

   The contents of this site and the AIKNOCK architecture are protected. All rights reserved. No licence to use, reproduce or redistribute is granted except by written agreement. This does not extend to trademarks or to protected works of third parties cited in the text.

Intellectual property and patents.

The AIKNOCK architecture and the technical mechanisms described on this site are the subject of patent applications filed by Luigi Del Giudice with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) on 24 April 2026 and 2 July 2026, currently under examination.

Publication of the contents of this site does not constitute the grant of any licence, express or implied, to the underlying intellectual property rights.
